Beautiful, high quality resort with welcoming staff - Review of Excellence Cancun had a very similar feel and layout but with some noticeable differences, many due to COVID. They made our stay so much more special. The service was that of a 5-star resort and the staff were genuinely just friendly, which was great to see and made you feel so much more at ease. However, guests are not required to wear a mask anywhere, but there is space available everywhere. I thought that would annoy me, but it was not an issue at all.
